Προς το παρών ο περιορισμός των 90 ημερών δεν ισχύει σύμφωνα με την νομοθεσία. Μπορείτε να μισθώσετε την οικία σας μέω βραχυπρόθεσμης τουριστικής μίσθωσης όλες τις ημέρες του χρόνου. 

Με βάση τον νόμο 5073/2023, βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση θεωρείται οποιαδήποτε μίσθωση συνολικής διάρκειας μικρότερης των 60 διανυκτερεύσεων.
